StateWide Home Improvement is hiring confident, motivated Appointment Setters for our growing call center team. You will answer inbound inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls to homeowners, identify their project needs, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a sales-driven opportunity where persistence directly influences your success and earning potential.

Sales resilience matters: You must be comfortable facing repeated rejection, confidently working through objections, and turning initial "no" responses into "yes" and booked appointments - all while staying upbeat, professional, and respectful.

What You Will Do

• Answer inbound calls and respond to homeowners who have requested information
• Make outbound calls to prospective, previous, and existing customers
• Follow up with web inquiries, unsold opportunities, and qualified leads
• Build rapport, identify project needs, and explain our services professionally
• Schedule and confirm qualified in-home appointments for the sales team
• Confidently work through objections, reframe concerns, and turn initial "no" responses into "yes" and booked appointments
• Meet individual and team call, appointment, and performance goals
• Maintain accurate customer records, dispositions, and follow-up notes

Required Schedule

Employees work four weekdays plus every Saturday.

• Weekday shifts: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-9:00 PM
• Saturday shift: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
• One weekday off each week
• Saturday availability is mandatory
• This position is fully in office and is not remote or flexible

Experience: Previous appointment-setting, call center, sales, telemarketing, or customer-service experience is preferred, but not required. Paid training is provided. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
