Responsibilities Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products. Scan merchandise, accept various forms of payments, and provide high-quality member service efficiently. Maintain the cleanliness of the frontline department and the club environment. Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance. Engage with the team to execute club goals, act with honesty and integrity, and address concerns, escalating as appropriate. Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and staff; embrace inclusion and diversity; work collaboratively with respect. Move with speed and agility in daily tasks and continuously adapt to changing circumstances. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while delivering GOLD club standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and GOLD-level presentation at all times. Stock items, execute promotional plans, and maintain visible, accurate signage. Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department; recognize how consistent execution affects business outcomes. Assist with operations at self-checkout and scanners, manage cashier productivity, and address customer questions or technical difficulties as needed. Assist in general club housekeeping and returns processing; support replenishment and merchandising as required. Qualifications Basic math skills; prior cashier or sales experience preferred. Willingness to perform a variety of duties across departments as assigned. Environment and Compensation Environmental conditions: indoor work with frequent movement on hard surfaces; occasional lifting up to 30 pounds, with heavier items possible with assistance. Pay transparency note: compensation range is provided as a guideline; actual salaries vary by location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range starts from $16.50.
