Consultant Position

The Consultant will be representing the Porsche Brand by answering and making telephone calls, email, social media, and chat communication from existing and prospect customers. In this role, you will be empowered to "do what it takes" to leave a customer with the very best impression of the Brand. Delivering exceptional customer experiences is the only priority. Consultants must comply with Porsche standards. Anyone applying for this role should:

Essential Functions:

• Ability to communicate with affluent customer base, corporate business employees, and dealer partners
• Ensure content of communication meets the needs of the target audience
• Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns
• Assist customer by identifying and analyzing their needs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business while addressing all questions and concerns
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
• Ability to leave a customer with a great impression of the brand
• Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and exercise clear business reason when making decisions with little guidance
• Demonstrate out of the box thinking in order to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain a clear understanding of Porsche policy and procedure and warranty coverage
• Properly document customer information in the Porsche CRM tool
• Great capability to handle outbound related projects and activities

Prerequisites to Apply:

• At least one year working experience within technical areas or one year working experience within automotive OEM customer service or three years working experience within premium customer service with affinity for technical/automotive topics
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Automotive experience (call center, dealership)
• Hospitality experience
• Degree preferred, but not required
