Spenga Studio Manager

The manager is responsible for the performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from maintaining the books to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand. The general manager will also be the sales manager responsible for sales of memberships and building business.

Qualifications include strong management and leadership abilities, the ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients, previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred, willingness to learn, a contagious upbeat personality, motivation and drive, and excellent customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities include managing and exceeding sales and retention expectations from lead generation, nurture, to sale of membership, managing all operational aspects of the business including but not limited to: ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, scheduling, cleanliness, leading, training, motivating, and managing all staff to represent SPENGA, selling memberships and retail, retaining and increasing client participation, submitting accurate and timely reports, planning and promoting entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships, and as a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
