Registered Nurse - Women's and Children's Resource Team - Nights

Role Overview Provides professional nursing care to pediatric, neonatal, and maternal patients across multiple units, including Peds/PICU, Mother/Baby, NICU, and SCN, at two hospitals. Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills One to two years of PICU and NICU experience required. Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if only an associate degree. Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
