Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and monitor progress Deliver nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies Delegate tasks appropriately to staff and collaborate within a team Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of PICU and NICU experience Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if only an Associate Degree Current Illinois RN licensure CPR certification, PALS, and NRP certifications (obtained within six months of employment) Key Attributes Strong critical thinking and assessment skills Team-oriented mindset Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Health, Inc
