Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics Jacksonville, FL Full‑time position. Base salary $80,000–$105,000 with up to $50,000 in bonuses over the first five years. New graduates welcome. Schedule Options Option A: Four 10‑hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with a weekday off that rotates every six months. Option B: Standard Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. What You’ll Do Build and adjust individualized treatment plans rooted in solid clinical reasoning. Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with physicians and surgeons on a unified plan of care. Coach patients and families on postoperative protocols and home exercise programs. Mentor PT students and newer staff. Document cleanly and on time in our EMR. What We’re Looking For DPT (or equivalent) from an accredited PT program. Active Florida PT license – or eligible to obtain before the start date. Outpatient orthopaedic experience (or strong clinical rotations) preferred. Strong manual therapy skills and therapeutic exercise expertise. High‑energy personality that keeps patients engaged. Comfortable managing more than one patient at a time in a busy clinic. Compensation Base salary $80,000–$105,000. Up to $50,000 in bonuses over five years, including sign‑on bonus and annual retention bonuses. $1,000 annual CE stipend and 40 hours of paid CE leave.
