Position Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to conducting consultations and closing business.

You'll work directly with individuals and families, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions regarding life insurance and financial protection strategies.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through door-to-door outreach and community engagement

  • Schedule and conduct client consultations

  • Educate prospects on life insurance, retirement, and financial protection solutions

  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Present customized financial protection strategies

  • Follow up with leads and referrals

  • Manage your sales pipeline and client records

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience preferred

  • Door-to-door sales experience is a plus

  • Insurance, financial services, mortgage, or banking experience is beneficial

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

  • Entrepreneurial attitude and strong work ethic

  • Comfortable working independently in the field

  • Reliable transportation

Licensing

  • Life & Health Insurance License preferred

  • Candidates willing to obtain licensing are encouraged to apply
