Medical Spa Manager

Pay: $24-$25 per hour (Negotiable based on experience) Position Summary The Garden Medical Spa is seeking an organized, motivated, and service-driven Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and help grow the business. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting revenue growth, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient care. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and support front desk staff, estheticians, injectors, and providers. Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative culture. Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members. Conduct regular coaching, staff meetings, and performance evaluations. Operations Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service. Manage provider schedules and maximize appointment utilization. Develop and maintain operational procedures and workflows. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations. Resolve operational challenges quickly and professionally. Client Experience Ensure a seamless five-star client experience from consultation through follow-up. Address client concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor client feedback and online reviews to continuously improve service standards. Inventory & Business Operations Manage inventory for retail products, injectables, equipment, and supplies. Coordinate ordering and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist with budgeting, expense management, cash handling, and daily financial reconciliation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), memberships, retail sales, and business performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Wellness, or a related field, or equivalent leadership experience. Previous management experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, luxury spa, or healthcare setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Sales-minded with experience coaching teams to achieve performance goals. Experience with EMR systems, scheduling software, and Google Workspace. Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, or luxury hospitality. Knowledge of injectables, laser treatments, skincare, and aesthetic services. Experience managing KPIs, memberships, retail sales, and business growth. Why The Garden?
