This position is not remote. You would be 100% on‑site in our Fairfax or Reston, VA offices. Responsibilities Utilize both linguistic and teaching skills in a mission‑driven role. Provide in‑person instruction for advanced adult students (Level 2‑3 certified) in Indonesian. Summarize/gist, translate, triage, quality control and/or edit language materials into correct grammatical American English. Qualifications Active TS/SCI Clearance with adjudicated Polygraph. Bachelor’s Degree. Ability to pass an advanced English test. Ability to score Level 5 on Speaking, Listening, and Reading target language tests. Minimum five (5) years’ professional experience in language teaching/instruction. In‑depth knowledge of the geopolitical, regional, ethnic, and cultural components of target language geographical areas. Master use of MS Office and internet research. Desired Qualifications Good understanding of one or more regional dialects. Consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation abilities. What You Can Expect A culture of integrity. Pay Range There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
