We are seeking a Rod Buster to support rebar and concrete reinforcement work across commercial buildings, highways and bridges, industrial facilities, and residential foundations. Reporting to the rebar foreman, this role will work on local sites and interpret rebar plans, structural drawings, layout coordination details, and bar bending schedules.
Responsibilities
- Install and tie reinforcing steel according to project specifications.
- Read basic rebar plans and detailed structural drawings.
- Cut and bend rebar to required dimensions and schedules.
- Coordinate rebar placement with formwork activities.
- Support full layout coordination for concrete reinforcement.
- Perform reinforcement work on commercial, transportation, industrial, and residential projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in rebar installation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with rebar installation and tying.
- Ability to read rebar plans and structural drawings.
