Global Talent Partners is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Veterinarian to step into a Medical Director position with an established small animal hospital in Narragansett, Rhode Island.
This position combines hands-on clinical medicine with the opportunity to shape medical standards, mentor associate veterinarians and help guide the continued development of a collaborative practice. You'll work alongside experienced veterinary professionals while retaining the clinical autonomy to manage a varied general practice caseload.

Veterinarians are backed by experienced technicians and client service professionals, providing a strong support structure across patient care, diagnostics, surgery and day-to-day hospital operations.

The hospital operates primarily on an appointment basis, providing a steady and manageable caseload while maintaining Saturday availability for clients.
The Opportunity
As Medical Director, you'll remain actively involved in clinical medicine while providing leadership and direction across the hospital's medical operations.
The position offers:

•Shared Saturday rotation
•Full-time schedule of at least 35 hours per week
This is an opportunity to influence how medicine is delivered without moving away from the clinical work you enjoy. You'll have the scope to support and mentor other doctors, improve clinical processes and contribute to the long-term direction of the hospital.
