Job Title: Office Services Specialist
Location: Lake Buena Vista FL (onsite)
Duration: 3 Months Contract (Temp to Perm)
M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Customer-facing position supporting document services hospitality needs shipping and receiving mail services and general on-site operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-volume duplicating copying document imaging and mail management equipment.
- Perform copying binding finishing document imaging quality control and final checks.
- Operate document image handling software MS Office email and document management systems.
- Open save transfer send and retrieve PC files according to established protocols.
- Generate reports for digital printing imaging and mail systems.
- Ship and receive products and supplies; sort distribute and process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes including postage.
- Provide copier maintenance and assist with customer-site equipment service needs.
- Assist guests with business needs and provide professional customer service.
- Perform reception call center file services housekeeping and general building support duties as needed.
- Support meeting-related activities and perform light maintenance and other site-support functions.
- Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Drive up to 5 miles when required.
Requirements
- Customer service experience with strong communication and telephone skills.
- Professional customer-facing and hospitality-oriented approach.
- Ability to stand and walk extensively throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to drive when required up to 5 miles.
- Proficiency with MS Office and email systems.
- Ability to work varying shifts including 7:00 AM4:00 PM 8:00 AM5:00 PM or 9:00 AM5:00 PM.
- Open availability is required including weekends as workload requires.
- Professional business appearance is required; business-appropriate clothing must be worn.
- Free parking or parking reimbursement available.
