Account Manager- Service/Repair (Seattle)

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Account Manager - Service/Repair in Seattle, WA. Job Responsibilities Exceed sales goals and quotas using company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction. Manage service accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within assigned territory, building ongoing relationships and understanding their needs. Develop capital plans for customers to address short- and long-term building needs. Maintain strong working knowledge of company products, attending training and studying factory manuals and supplier information, and local elevator code requirements. Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and other job costs using estimating software; obtain price estimates for items not in the program and manually calculate costs; review blueprints, survey equipment, and coordinate with operations personnel. Prepare service contract bids, reviewing blueprints and surveying equipment as needed and coordinating with operations personnel. Receive and respond to written and oral questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts, performing follow-up with customers on all proposals. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience required. Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills. Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional colleagues. Excellent time-management, organizational, and presentation skills. Salesforce experience (preferred). Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings (preferred). Compensation Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000 plus monthly commission 0 - 10% based on product line and margins. The role offers a car allowance and fuel card.
