The world's fastest-growing fitness race isn't slowing down — and neither are we. Hyrox has turned "functional fitness" into a global sport, and athletes are showing up hungry for structure, strategy, and someone who actually knows how to get them across that finish line faster.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Hyrox Performance Coach who lives and breathes the SkiErg-to-Wall-Ball grind and knows how to build athletes who can run, push, pull, and carry when it counts. If you get fired up watching someone shave two minutes off their PR, keep reading.

What you'll do

• Design and program Hyrox-specific training blocks — compromised running, station efficiency, transitions, and race-day pacing
• Coach individual athletes and small groups through the full demands of the race: 8 x 1km runs plus SkiErg, sled push/pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls
• Prep athletes for Open, Pro, Doubles, and Relay divisions across all experience levels
• Build technique, work capacity, and the mental grit to hold pace under fatigue
• Foster a community that keeps people coming back and bringing friends

What we're looking for

• Recognized coaching or personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, CrossFit L1/L2, or equivalent)
• Hands-on knowledge of Hyrox format, standards, and race strategy — bonus points if you've competed
• Strong foundation in strength training, energy-system conditioning, and running mechanics
• Ability to scale a session for a first-timer and a podium chaser in the same room
• Excellent communication and a coaching presence people trust and enjoy
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

Nice to haves

• Personal Hyrox race experience and results
• Experience with programming software and performance tracking tools
• A following or content skills to help grow our Hyrox community
• Group coaching or endurance-sport background
