If you have 2+ years of experience in part finishing and/or deburring , and can read and understand blueprints and surface finish requirements , then this is the role for you! Duties and Responsibilities: Deburr and finish precision-machined components to meet blueprint and customer specifications. Review and interpret blueprints, including specific surface finish requirements and deburring instructions. Remove burrs, sharp edges, and machining imperfections while maintaining part dimensions and overall integrity. Finish components made from various materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, and specialty or exotic materials. Apply manual and automated finishing techniques to achieve the required specifications. Choose the proper tools and equipment for each finishing application. Polish components to meet specified surface finish requirements, including O-ring sealing surfaces . Inspect completed parts to verify they meet required workmanship, appearance, and finish standards. Carefully handle precision components throughout the finishing process to prevent scratches, dents, and other damage. Keep the work area clean and organized while properly maintaining finishing tools and equipment.
