Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems to restore optimal performance. Execute comprehensive system start-ups and performance testing to ensure reliability and energy efficiency. Maintain and inspect ductwork and mechanical components to prevent future system failures. Communicate technical findings and repair options clearly to homeowners to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Manage daily service routes, including parts procurement and inventory tracking, to maximize service efficiency. Document all service activities, repairs, and system data accurately using digital field tools. Uphold a professional, clean, and safe work environment at every job site, prioritizing customer property protection. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service. Active EPA certification and proficiency in soldering and brazing techniques. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Basic computer literacy for tablet-based reporting and email communication. Preferred Skills Completion of an accredited HVAC trade school program. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service. Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to ongoing safety protocols.
