Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal parts through deburring, polishing, lapping, and cleaning processes.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects, imperfections, and quality concerns.
• Use calipers and micrometers to perform basic measurements and verify specifications.
• Record production information and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Learn manufacturing processes through hands-on, on-the-job training.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance required.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience using calipers or micrometers is a plus.
• Candidates with limited experience but a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Other Information:

• Pay rate of $19.00 per hour plus a 10% shift differential.
• Monday through Friday schedule, 3:40 PM to 12:10 AM.
