Construction Recruiter - Build Our Hiring Engine

Restoration Network Inc. in Maple Grove, MN is hiring an In-House Recruiter who will own every open seat from scorecard to signed offer and the 90-day review. You’ll run a real process with gates, not just post and pass, and you’ll build a recruiting engine that scales with the company. You’ll actively source beyond inbound applicants, write clean, honest ads, and move candidates through three gates. Compensation starts at $60,000–$65,000 with tiered placement bonuses and realistic on-target #J-18808-Ljbffr International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
