Construction Recruiter: Own the Hiring Engine

Restoration Network Inc.

Restoration Network Inc. is hiring a recruiter who owns the end-to-end process from sourcing to the 90-day review. You will actively source great candidates beyond inbound applications, and you will enforce a strict three-gate evaluation for every candidate. You will craft transparent, honest job ads and build a repeatable recruiting system that scales with the company’s growth. You’ll be measured by hires that stay beyond 90 days, and compensation includes base salary with performance-based #J-18808-Ljbffr Restoration Network Inc.
