Restoration Network Inc., a Colorado-based restoration contractor, is seeking a Construction Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles across water, fire, mold, and storm restoration projects in the Denver metro area. In this role, you will partner closely with operations and project leaders to understand hiring needs, source skilled construction and restoration talent, and manage the hiring process from job posting through offer. You’ll build talent pipelines, maintain our ATS, support employer branding, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
