Job Description

• Manage luxury residential renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and procurement.
• Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to mitigate risk.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Maintain exceptional client relationships throughout the construction process.
• Lead project closeout, punch list completion, and final turnover.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor specializing in high-end residential construction.
• Proven success managing luxury gut renovations of townhomes, brownstones, penthouses, or luxury apartments.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating with architects, interior designers, owners, and specialty subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple phases of complex interior renovation projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
