Job Overview A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Associate to join its team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and class actions. Duties Engage in all phases of business litigation matters. Handle complex commercial litigation such as contract disputes and business torts. Participate in class actions, antitrust litigation, and corporate governance disputes. Conduct discovery and e-discovery processes. Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and oral arguments. Requirements Three to five years of law firm experience in litigation-based practice. Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and excellent academic credentials. Active membership in the Indiana bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active Indiana bar membership. Skills Proficiency in litigation procedure and discovery processes.
