Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide live support to the clinical team in identifying and de-escalating risk situations effectively, ensuring client safety throughout the assessment process.

• Lead the response to crisis situations, escalating cases to emergency services when safety thresholds are met and mandatory reporting is required.

• Collaborate with Clinical Leads to identify and report new safeguarding risks, contributing to the development of comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.

• Stay current with all safeguarding policies and protocols, embedding best practices into everyday service delivery while addressing challenges proactively.

• Monitor and enhance outcomes-focused practices by collecting client feedback, identifying barriers to progress, and recommending actionable changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on individuals and families who are confronting addiction and substance abuse issues. Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with the complexities of substance dependency. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.

• 2 years of direct experience in a behavioral health setting, demonstrating proficiency in assessment and intervention.
