Come join our DHL team and establish a career with the largest global transportation and logistics company!Key Responsibilities:Manage and deliver a portfolio of West region-critical strategic projects and programs.Partner with RVP West and Station Managers to identify, scope, and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals for both short to medium term agendasTranslate these objectives into clearly defined project roadmaps with milestones, KPIs and success criteriaTranslate strategy into execution by overseeing the planning, resourcing, and delivery of enterprise-wide initiativesLead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex and high value initiativesPresent to senior management a structured analysis providing solutions to manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projectsConduct data driven analysis of business performance and processes, identify root cause and improvement opportunities, evaluate alternative solutions, and develop fact-based recommendations to improve operational and financial performanceDefine success metrics and KPIs, analyze performance data and ROI, translate results into actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes and continuous improvementConduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure continuous improvementChampion best practices across projects and functions to ensure continuous improvementTravel as needed and as required by RVP and West Regional needs, up to 30%Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred in relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Management)4-6 years' work experience in Management Consulting, Operations Strategy, Business Transformation or Strategic ProjectsExperience leading project teams in the development and implementation of strategic projectsStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data (financial, operational, market) into actionable insightsStrong Data Analytics, AI and PM toolsAdvanced skills in MS Excel and Power PointExceptional influencing and partner management skills in highly matrixed environmentsPay Range: $101,610.00 - $135,480.00+ (Based on Experience)Benefits (All Non-Union Employees):Compensation: Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives.401(k) Match: $1-for-$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution.Stock Purchase Plan: Ability to purchase Deutsche Post AG shares at a discounted rate.Medical: Comprehensive plans covering preventive care, inpatient/outpatient services, and prescriptions.Vision: Optional coverage for exams, frames, and contacts.Dental: Optional coverage for preventive, basic, and major services.Paid Time Off: 7 major holidays, 8 floating holidays, and accrued vacation/sick days.Why Join DHL Global Forwarding?At DHL Global Forwarding, we invest in our employees' growth, providing training, guidance, and career advancement opportunities.
