Plumbing Estimator / Project ManagerA growing commercial plumbing contractor is seeking a Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager to support fast-paced tenant improvement (TI) projects across tech, medical, and commercial interiors.This role is responsible for handling projects from pricing through closeout, working closely with general contractors, field teams, and clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple TI projects at once and understands the speed and coordination required in interior construction environments.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimatingReview drawings and specifications for commercial TI projectsPerform material and labor takeoffsPrepare detailed and competitive estimatesSolicit and evaluate vendor and supplier pricingDevelop proposals, scope clarifications, and revisionsProject ManagementManage plumbing projects from startup through completionCoordinate schedules, manpower, and material deliveriesTrack job costs, labor productivity, and project budgetsManage RFIs, submittals, and change ordersAttend jobsite and coordination meetingsMaintain communication with GCs, owners, and field teamsEnsure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standardsProject TypesCommercial tenant improvementsTech office buildoutsMedical and dental officesR&D and lab spacesCommercial interiors and renovationsEducation and food service projectsQualifications4+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating and/or project managementStrong understanding of plumbing systems and TI construction workflowsAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsExperience managing multiple fast-paced projectsProficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Procore (Trimble a plus)Strong communication and organizational skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompany vehicle or allowance + gas cardMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOLong-term growth within a stable TI project pipeline
