Overview Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a Project Manager, to join our high-tech engineering and manufacturing company that is committed to customer service excellence and continuous improvement. You will work with a talented team of Engineers and Designers to lead the detailed planning and execution of a variety of complex technology projects. Drawing on your high caliber project management skills and experience, you will provide leadership, and support strategic initiatives to move our products and processes forward. Responsibilities As a Project Manager, responsibilities include: Orchestrate and guide alignment between different stakeholders in multiple business groups Provide leadership on product development projects by directing the project schedule, scope, cost and quality to deliver exceptional products aligned with business needs Effectively collaborate with key groups and cross-functional development teams to ensure project success using project planning, monitoring and control activities Proactively monitor, control, communicate, and respond to project issues and risks Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university PMP or equivalent designation or relevant work experience will be considered in lieu Solid understanding of project management methodologies 5 years' minimum combined product development and project management experience Experience working in a product development environment Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate work in a cross-functional, cross-site team Strong interpersonal skills for fostering productive relationships and creating a collaborative working atmosphere Able to analyze, communicate, and address complex issues Confident working directly with customers on a wide range of topics An open-minded, solutions-oriented approach with a strong "can-do" attitude Key Success Factors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized Strong multitasker with keen ability to prioritize Adapt quickly to changing priorities, demands and timelines Demonstrated leadership skills We are an Affimative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The Company reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range or offer other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state or federal law. Our benefits and bonus plans are reviewed annually and are subject to change at the company’s discretion. Hiring Salary Range: $104,600 - $167,300.00 per annum Bonus Eligibility: We offer a company profit share and individual incentive-based bonus programs.
