Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

It Is Well Healthcare, LLC is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with previous primary care experience to join our growing family practice and Medispa in Dover, Delaware.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits, including comprehensive health history reviews.
• Perform physical examinations, preventative screenings, and chronic disease management.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with Delaware licensure and practice regulations.
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with and/or perform aesthetic procedures, including cosmetic injectables and fillers (experience preferred; training available for the right candidate).
• Demonstrate an interest in medically supervised weight management and hormone optimization services.
• Participate in the continued growth and success of both the family practice and Medispa.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current Delaware licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant , or eligibility for Delaware licensure.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• Previous experience in primary care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computerized medical documentation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Interest in aesthetic medicine and willingness to learn cosmetic procedures if not already experienced.
