Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Assistant Manager who shares that passion and is ready to help lead a team in delivering outstanding service every day. Responsibilities Lead by example in providing exceptional guest service Support and motivate team members to create a positive and welcoming environment Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including dining room and kitchen flow Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and efficient service during all shifts Address guest concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism Help train, coach, and develop team members Support inventory, ordering, and cost control efforts Follow and uphold all company policies, procedures, and cash handling practices Qualifications A strong commitment to serving others with a positive attitude Previous supervisory experience in food service preferred Minimum of 3 years in hospitality or customer service Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Reliable, professional, and team-focused Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a kitchen environment with varying temperatures If you’re passionate about people, teamwork, and making a difference, we’d love to have you on our team.
