The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience working on projects related to transportation, infrastructure, or site development.Duties/Responsibilities:Manage and oversee civil engineering projects, from planning to design and construction.Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and engineering standards.Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, and construction documents.Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings as needed.Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.Support business development efforts by assisting with proposals, client presentations, and relationship-building.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
