We are seeking a  Special Education Teacher for a unique part-time opportunity in  Loomis, CA for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year . This position is ideal for an educator looking for a reduced weekly schedule while still working consistently within a school-based setting.

Position Details

• Location: Loomis, CA
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of 2026–27 School Year
• Schedule:  Part-Time
• Days: 3 days per week
• Setting: Rotating between 3 school sites
• Caseload: Providing additional support to teachers currently over caseload
• Number of Positions: 1

Responsibilities

• Provide Special Education services across three district school sites.
• Support students and Special Education teachers with caseload needs.
• Provide individualized and small-group specialized instruction as assigned.
• Assist with IEP implementation, progress monitoring, documentation, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, case managers, related-service providers, and school teams.
• Adapt instruction and supports based on individual student needs.
• Maintain accurate Special Education documentation and ensure services are delivered consistently across assigned sites.

Requirements

• Active California CTC Special Education credential appropriate for the assigned student population.
• Previous school-based Special Education experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, particularly when working across multiple school sites.
• Ability to work 3 consistent days per week .

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.34 to $50.34. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
