CNA - Per Diem

Schedule
*MUST be able to complete full day orientation Tuesday or Thursday.*
Minimum shift requirement: 24 hours monthly, which must include 2 weekend shifts.

Requirements
- One (1) Year of previous LTC experience
- Must be licensed for 1 year
- BLS (AHA or RQI)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with their care plan, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the resident environment, responding promptly to calls for assistance.
- Support residents' nutritional needs, including meal delivery and assistance with feeding as necessary.
- Facilitate rehabilitation and maintenance needs as outlined in care plans.
- Report changes in resident status or any concerns to the supervising nurse promptly.

Compliance / Notes
- Occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens is reasonably anticipated.
- Required tasks may involve potential contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues.
