Our Parts team plays a key role in keeping our customers and service departments running smoothly. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Front Counter Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our parts counter. This position oversees customer-facing parts sales, supports inventory accuracy, and provides leadership and coaching to Parts Consultants. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and experienced in parts operations with a strong ability to drive sales and team performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily front counter operations to ensure efficient, professional customer service Lead and support Parts Consultants during customer interactions Serve as the primary escalation point for customer questions and issue resolution Ensure timely and accurate ordering of parts to maintain appropriate inventory levels Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to address backorders or discontinued items Coach team members on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and service best practices Monitor sales activity, track performance metrics, and support achievement of sales goals Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue Ensure consistent application of pricing, policies, and company procedures Promote teamwork and collaboration with service, warehouse, and sales departments Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient counter and work area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in parts counter operations, inventory support, or retail supervision preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Working knowledge of parts inventory systems and ordering processes Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Physical Requirements & Work Environment Regular standing, walking, and customer interaction throughout the workday Occasional lifting of parts and supplies up to 50 lbs (team lift or equipment as needed) Work performed at the parts counter and in a warehouse setting Why Join Campbell Supply Company?
