Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by ACGME.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession or eligibility for an active Florida medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are highly desired.
