Whether you already have insurance experience or are looking to continue growing within the industry, we provide the support, training, and tools to help you succeed. Base salary is $30,000 to $50,000 , and average commissions and bonuses in your first year will be around $12,000 to $20,000. Entry-level team members average around $50,000 in their first year, while top performers can earn $80,000+ annually through a combination of base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities.
