Forklift - 2nd Shift

Forklift Operator - $17.00/Hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. This position is responsible for loading and unloading materials, moving products throughout the facility, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring production and shipping schedules are met.
Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour
Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Pick, pack, inspect, and stage products for shipment.
• Move and store palletized materials in designated storage locations.
• Follow inventory control procedures and warehouse instructions.
• Complete production records, shipping documentation, and required forms.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Report safety, quality, or production concerns immediately.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift experience.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• OSHA Forklift Certification or prior forklift operating experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work with multiple supervisors.
• Willingness to cross-train and work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English. Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must have good vision, depth perception, and awareness for safe equipment operation.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Premium Background Screening required.
• 10-Panel Drug Test required.
• Must successfully complete and pass the Interactive Video Training.
• Must sign the Associate Agreement upon successful completion of training.
• Must review and acknowledge all required Electronic Notices.
• In-person interview and skills assessment required.
• All pre-employment requirements must be completed and approved prior to starting work.
