About The Role The Medical Office Assistant (Regard MGT PA) works in the medical office treating a variety of tasks to support patient care, office readiness, and organizational growth. The role involves interacting with patients in person, via Zoom, and by phone for scheduling, check‑in, toxicology, and check‑out. The assistant also manages community partner relationships, maintains the office, and represents the company at community events. Travel is required between Greensburg, Connellsville, Latrobe, and Monroeville, and is paid. What You’ll Do Provide outstanding customer service and greet patients Check patients in and out Verify insurance information Collect co‑pays/payments due Deposit cash at the bank Answer phones and return messages Schedule new and existing patients Collect drug‑screen samples Create and maintain a clean and welcoming office environment Enter data, run reports, audit, and file records Manage, update, and chart patient records in an Electronic Medical Records System (EMR) Create and maintain community partnerships Assist patients and providers with referrals to community partners Attend community events on behalf of the organization Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation Perform other office duties as assigned by the manager Qualifications High School or Equivalent (Required) US Work Authorization (Required) Driver’s License (Required) Customer Service experience (Required) Office experience (Preferred) EMR experience (Preferred) Previous medical office experience (Preferred) Additional Details Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary) and every other Saturday Compensation: $16–$19 per hour depending on experience plus paid travel 401(k), Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance offered The Pay Range For This Role Is Greensburg: $16–$19 per hour Latrobe: $16–$19 per hour Connellsville: $16–$19 per hour Monroeville: $16–$19 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Trilogy Wellness
