Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive specializing in Outside Sales to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients and prospects across various industries. Your primary mission is to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ needs. This position offers an exciting chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your negotiation skills, business development expertise, and passion for sales will directly impact our growth and success.
The Role
This is a pure hunter role. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
If you are energized by prospecting, cold outreach, and turning “no” into “yes,” this role is for you.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed goals
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach
- Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and coordinate deliveries
- Present tailored, solution-focused proposals
- Stay up to date on product offerings, market trends, and customer needs
- Spend time in the field developing strong customer relationships
- Perform and Document a Minimum of One Hundred (100) Cold Calls per day.
What You Bring: Outside Sales
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience (construction/ technology preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Existing industry network or strong networking ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
- Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and detail-driven
- Must be comfortable in a technology driven environment.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; experience in technology, sales, or the construction industry is a strong plus.
