Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide essential guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to bolster ongoing improvement at home.
• Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor and document patient developments and revise treatment plans as necessary to ensure consistent progress.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education and additional certifications are both encouraged and facilitated

Licensure

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
