Job Description
Kinsmen Electric is a growing electrical contracting company servicing residential and commercial customers in Somerset County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a skilled, reliable Electrical Foreman with at least 2-3 years field experience.
Key Roles:
- Lead and supervise electrical technicians on job sites
- Plan, organize, and direct daily work to keep projects on schedule
- Oversee compliance with 2026 NEC standards
- Excellent workmanship
- Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and other trades
- Mentor/trail junior technicians according to NEC and Kinsmen standards
- Uphold professional, safety-first attitude on every jobsite
Required Skills:
- Strong senior apprentice level technician skills
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA and workmanship standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and technical diagrams
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
