Systems Engineer 3

Job Description Job Description T-Rex is looking for a fully cleared Systems Engineer 3 to work on a program in the Fort Meade, Maryland area in support of the Intelligence Community. Responsibilities: Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops technical documentation. Develops system Architecture and system design documentation. Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Scrum Coach-Scrum Certification, Experience in Collaborating w/Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events, CI poly within 5 years Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience. OR A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience. OR A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university required plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience. OR A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university required plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience. Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with FSP security clearance is required. In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
