Internal Job Title: Client Advisory Manager under Pareto Intelligence Position Summary: The Client Advisory Manager will focus on managing long-lasting relationships with clients, defining success with each client and continuously tracking and refining goals ensuring Pareto is seen as trusted partner. Collaborate with clients on strategies that inform internal teams and execute innovative product / solution ideas and uncover new ways to add value strategically to existing clients. Builds cooperative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and leverages relations to meet organizational objectives within the framework of governance, policies and guidelines of Pareto. This person will report to the Vice President and is a crucial member of the team that leads the company. The Client Advisory team will report to this individual and will heavily collaborate with Pareto’s Consulting and Business Development departments. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages client engagements and executive client relationships to ensure strategic alignment and success of the account. Builds strong client relationships and considered by clients as a strategic thought leader. Leads business analysis identifying tactics supporting clients’ strategic objectives. Executes a comprehensive strategy that includes proactive engagement, successful onboarding, product adoption, and expansion initiatives Supports the development of junior Client Advisory personnel. Reemphasizes the Client Advisory team on best practices for customer retention, communication, and quality delivery. Accurately assesses performance and contribution and provides candid and timely feedback to leadership on the team. Identifies “vital few” goals and allocates time and resources accordingly to achieve goals when faced with multiple demands and competing priorities. Demonstrates commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in organizational performance. Provides timely and actionable customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and improvements. Serves as a role model to others, demonstrating commitment and a vision of challenging goals, objectives and work ethics. Actively participates in various forums by speaking, organizing, assuming administrative positions, to build relations at an industry level and with key opinion leaders thereby ensuring that the interests of the industry in general and Pareto in particular are protected. Anticipates likely effects of industry changes on Pareto and its customers to ensure quality of services is maintained in accordance with industry standards and events.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’ s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.An advanced degree in business, IT or healthcare is preferred Over six years of healthcare experience, with a heavy focus in risk adjustment, and, with at least three years of leading cross-functional teams. Client facing experience is a must. Practical understanding and experience operationalizing a team. Able to positively influence and engage clients, generating interest and enthusiasm for the business. Solution-oriented, skilled in grasping the essentials in complex situations, anticipating client needs, and conceptualizing both problems and solutions. Known as an authority on industry activity, gaining recognition internally and externally for expert knowledge and market understanding.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting Company. Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company. Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required. Compensation and Benefits The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 – $160,000 with a bonus target of up to 10% of the base salary.
