Auto Sales Representative

Full-Time | $50,000 - $80,000+ Annual Earnings | Training Pay Provided We are a family-owned and operated automotive dealership seeking an energetic and motivated Auto Sales Representative to join our team. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales and/or automotive sales experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle inventory, financing options, and dealership programs
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery

Compensation & Benefits

• 100% commission-based compensation
• Training pay provided for new hires
• Average annual earnings of $50,000 - $80,000+
• Full-time position
• Five-day work week
• Monday through Saturday operating schedule
• One evening per week until 8:00 PM
• Alternate weekday off in place of Saturday scheduling
• Paid on-the-job training
