We are seeking a **Bilingual Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)/BCBA** who is fluent in Spanish and English and passionate about making a difference. This role involves working directly with children and caregivers to assess, develop, and implement effective behavior strategies in natural environments.

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior plans
• Provide direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and multidisciplinary teams
• Train and support parents/caregivers in Spanish and English
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on data
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
• Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) (PA) or BCBA/BCaBA certification
• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing culturally responsive care
• Previous experience supporting Spanishspeaking families
