On site- Assistant Project Manager for General Contractor specializing in Hotel Renovations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

·          Manage subcontractors by monitoring and controlling their performance.

·          Responsible for monitoring and maintaining project costs.

·          Ability to make sure all projects are code compliant.

·          Maintain a safe and secure work environment

·          Expedite materials to jobsite. Log and track materials throughout project. 

·          Assist with problem solving and means/methods of construction. 

·          Assist with supervising all jobsite activities. 

·          Assist with planning and scheduling. 

·          Represent Nix Unger with clients, code officials, subcontractors, and design consultants. 

·          Contractor is licensed throughout the Southeast and travel is required as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel.

· Proficient with scheduling software, and CAE and CAD applications.

· Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications and other documents.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Outstanding organizational skills.
