Commission-based compensation earn 40–55% of all services performed, plus retail commission, tips (100% yours), and membership conversion bonuses.
REŌ CRYO HUB is a medically directed, performance and longevity-focused wellness spa located in Dupont Circle, Washington, DC. We specialize in bio-optimization, recovery, and aesthetic wellness — delivering clinical-grade care in a luxury environment. Our clientele are high-performing professionals who invest in their health, recovery, and appearance. We are building an elite team of wellness practitioners who share our passion for evidence-informed care and exceptional client experiences.
We are seeking a motivated, licensed Massage Therapist ready to grow their book in one of DC's premier medically directed wellness destinations. This is a commission-based opportunity — your income is uncapped and directly tied to your performance. Ideal for experienced practitioners with an established clientele or the drive to build one.
Responsibilities
- Perform therapeutic massage including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic drainage, and recovery modalities
- Conduct thorough client intake assessments and develop individualized session plans
- Customize treatments based on client wellness goals, health history, and contraindications
- Collaborate with clinical and wellness team to deliver integrated care
- Actively recommend memberships, service packages, and retail products
- Maintain accurate client records and session documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably clean, sanitized, and prepared per health and safety standards
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and relationship-driven care
- Represent REŌ CRYO HUB brand with professionalism and warmth in every interaction
- Maintain continuing education and stay current with emerging recovery modalities
