Event Sales Manager for eater-tainment concept

Job Description
We're seeking an Event & Sales Manager for a popular restaurant in the Minneapolis area. This is a growing "eater-tainment" concept, so experience in a similar or high volume concept is preferred.

Event Sales Manager Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Manage full event lifecycle: planning → coordination → execution
Create BEOs, maintain event software, and track sales
Collaborate with leadership, marketing & operations
Conduct outreach and attend networking events to generate new business
Build repeat business through excellent relationship management
Assist with ticketed/holiday events, promotional materials, and venue marketing
Oversee event supplies and décor needs
Event Sales Manager Skills/Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in an Event/Sales role
Knowledge of successful hospitality sales techniques
Budget management
Works well with others members of sales team
Ability to work an occasional weekend for events when necessary
Familiar with lead strategy and execution
Advanced CRM skills
