Location: Jonesboro, AR Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Day Shift: 8 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday

Shipping & Receiving Requirements

• Previous shipping and receiving experience is required
• Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with computers and data entry
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Shipping & Receiving Job Duties

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Prepare shipping paperwork, bills of lading, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
• Provide outstanding customer service to drivers, customers, and visitors
• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Assist with scheduling shipments and coordinating deliveries
• File, organize, and maintain office records
• Support the office with general administrative duties as needed
