Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of office experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to wear scrubs or business casual attire
• Resume required for consideration
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Job Duties

• Handle medical records and verify patient insurance information
• Process copays, patient payments, and collections
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
• Check patients in and out while providing exceptional customer service
• Confirm appointments and daily schedules
• Perform filing, copying, scanning, and other administrative duties
• Support daily front office operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned
