Senior Coordinator, Billing Services

Responsibilities

Invoicing & Billing Operations

Prepare customer invoices in accordance with internal billing guidelines. Ensure accuracy of invoice data and supporting documentation. Maintain billing trackers. Handle credit notes, adjustments, and rebilling as required.

Invoice Validation & Compliance

Verify invoice completeness and compliance with agreed formats before review. Coordinate resolution of disputed invoices with lead region finance team.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Liaise with Accounts Receivable for collections support and invoice status updates. Respond to internal and external queries related to invoices in a timely and professional manner.

Process Improvement

Identify invoicing issues and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and turnaround time. Support standardization of billing procedures across business units.

Qualifications

BGV:

• Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification ("BGV") check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
